Qualifications
- Any graduation degree or equivalent graduation qualification.
- The role requires 3–5 years of professional experience.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in MS Office with advanced knowledge of Excel formulas.
- Ability to simplify and automate manual-intensive processes using basic VBA and MS Access.
- Experience creating reports and exposure to Power BI.
Responsibilities
- Create and publish accurate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on time.
- Deliver ad hoc reports.
- Find trends in data to identify anomalies or provide insights to stakeholders.
- Automate reports to reduce manual effort.
- Support tracking mechanisms for SLAs, KPIs, and other operational activities.
- Contribute to governance and contractual compliance activities.
