Role Overview
Support Finance Operations by collecting operational data, analyzing information, reconciling transactions, and determining financial outcomes.
Work as a data analyst focused on analytics, automation, visualization, reporting, and business decision support.
Qualifications and Experience
- BCom, any graduation degree, or Master of Business Administration.
- Seven to eleven years of experience.
- Primary skill: Database Administration, P5.
Technical Skills
- Strong proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and Word, and Google Workspace.
- Hands-on experience with Power BI and Tableau for data visualization.
- Expertise in VBA programming, AI-driven automation, and advanced Excel formulas.
- Understanding of data structures, statistical methods, and business intelligence concepts.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Collect operational data reports, conduct analysis, and reconcile transactions to support financial outcomes.
- Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business improvement.
- Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI and Tableau.
- Implement automation solutions with VBA, AI tools, and advanced formulas to streamline reporting and analytics.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across multiple sources.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver tailored analytical solutions.
- Present findings and recommendations clearly, concisely, and visually.
- Maintain and optimize workflows within MS Office and Google Workspace environments.
