Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with UAE labour laws, MOHRE requirements, and international workforce welfare standards (IFC, ILO)
- Coordinate workforce welfare audits and maintain audit ready documentation, records, and reporting systems
- Monitor audit findings, compliance gaps, and corrective action plans
- Support worker grievance mechanisms and welfare concerns
- Conduct welfare inductions, awareness programs, and worker welfare forums
- Prepare workforce welfare reports, statistics, WPS records, and subcontractor submissions
- Coordinate with internal departments, subcontractors, clients, and auditors on workforce welfare requirements
- Support worker wellbeing initiatives and happiness programs
Requirements
- Minimum 5–8 years of experience in a similar role within the construction or heavy industries, preferably Oil & Gas
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Social Work, Industrial Relations, Public Administration, or a related field
- Strong knowledge of UAE labour law and international workforce welfare standards (IFC, ILO)
- Exposure to Occupational Health & Safety
- Experience supervising teams and managing large workforce populations

What We’re Looking For
