- Lead and oversee construction activities, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to quality standards
- Coordinate with Project Directors, engineering, procurement, subcontractors, and site teams to ensure effective project execution
- Manage daily site operations, monitor progress, and implement solutions to mitigate project risks and delays
- Ensure compliance with HSE requirements, construction plans, industry standards, and company procedures
- Oversee resource allocation, cost control, productivity, and quality performance
- Conduct site inspections, audits, and regular progress reporting to stakeholders
- Provide leadership, mentorship, and direction to site teams to drive high performance project delivery
Requirements
- Minimum of 12 years in project management within the oil and gas industry or related sectors
- At least 3 years in a project level leadership role managing large, multidisciplinary projects
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Civil or Mechanical)
- Strong leadership and people management abilities
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Proficient in construction management practices, codes, and standards
- Strong understanding of HSE regulations
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings and manage large scale construction projects

Role Overview
- We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to lead construction activities for large scale EPC projects in the oil & gas sector.
Your Role
