About the Role
Target Engineering & Construction is seeking a Preservation Supervisor for ADNOC projects in Abu Dhabi. The role requires 10+ years of experience in material preservation within Oil & Gas EPC projects, with strong knowledge of preservation for piping, mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation materials.

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline

- Minimum 5 years in a supervisory role managing preservation activities
- Experience with rotating equipment preservation is a distinct advantage
- Strong knowledge of preservation requirements for piping, mechanical equipment, electrical and instrumentation materials
- Experience in leading preservation teams across onshore and offshore project locations
- Familiarity with preservation management systems/software and reporting tools
- Ability to coordinate with Construction, QA/QC, Commissioning, and Material Management teams

Position Overview
- Target Engineering & Construction is currently seeking a qualified Preservation Supervisor to join our team for ADNOC projects based in Abu Dhabi.
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
Experience & Skills Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in material preservation, construction, and commissioning within Oil & Gas EPC projects.
- Minimum 5 years in a supervisory role managing preservation activities.
- Experience with rotating equipment preservation will be a distinct advantage.
- Strong knowledge of preservation requirements for piping, mechanical equipment, electrical and instrumentation materials.
- Experience in leading preservation teams across onshore and offshore project locations.

- The successful candidate will be responsible for updating and maintaining records in the Preservation Software System and ensuring compliance with project preservation procedures.
- The position will directly report to the Material Manager and QC Manager.
Salary & Benefits
- Salary: AED 10,000 – 14,000 per month (depending on qualifications and experience)
