Responsibilities
- Lead a team of HSE personnel including HSE officers and hygiene officers
- Develop and implement HSE plans, welfare plans, emergency response procedures, and site specific HSE procedures
- Implement SSOW including PTW, WMS, and Risk Assessment
- Conduct HSE audits and inspections
- Investigate incidents and identify immediate and root causes
- Conduct training/awareness sessions on HSE procedures
- Implement H2S control measures
Requirements
- Minimum 8 10 years of HSE experience in construction, fabrication, installation, or commissioning in oil & gas
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or HSE discipline
- NEBOSH IGC or equivalent certificate
- Lead Auditor ISO 45001/ISO 14001 or equivalent certifications
- Incident Investigation Techniques certificate
- Strong understanding of HSE issues in Oil & Gas EPC
- Ability to lead a team of HSE personnel
- Sound understanding of HSE Management System and legislative requirements
- Ability to develop and implement HSE plans and procedures
- Practical experience in SSOW (PTW, WMS, Risk Assessment)
- Ability to conduct training/awareness sessions
- Ability to implement H2S control measures

Job Summary
- We are seeking a proactive and experienced HSE Engineer to support safe execution of oil & gas EPC projects.
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 10 years of HSE experience in construction, fabrication, installation, or commissioning in oil & gas.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or HSE discipline.
- NEBOSH IGC or equivalent certificate.
- Lead Auditor ISO 45001/ISO 14001 or equivalent certifications.
- Incident Investigation Techniques certificate.
- Additional HSE trainings and certifications are an added advantage.
Skills and Competencies
- Strong understanding of HSE issues in Oil & Gas EPC business.
- Able to lead a team of HSE personnel.
- Sound understanding of HSE Management System and legislative requirements.
