Overview
Dubai Real Estate seeks a strategic, analytical, and people-focused Workforce Management Specialist to support workforce planning, scheduling, and staffing optimization.
The role involves developing workforce management strategies, analyzing workforce data, and collaborating with HR, Operations, and Finance teams to meet operational and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement workforce management strategies aligned with business and operational requirements.
- Analyze workforce demand, staffing levels, productivity, capacity, and resource requirements.
- Develop workforce forecasts based on business volumes, historical trends, seasonality, and operational needs.
- Create and optimize employee schedules, shift plans, staffing plans, and resource allocation models.
- Monitor staffing levels and identify workforce gaps, shortages, overstaffing, and capacity risks.
- Track workforce KPIs including productivity, utilization, attendance, occupancy, service levels, and staffing efficiency.
- Analyze workforce data to identify trends, performance gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
- Support headcount planning, recruitment forecasting, workforce budgeting, and resource planning.
- Work closely with HR and recruitment teams to align hiring plans with projected workforce requirements.
- Coordinate with Operations and department leaders to optimize employee deployment and resource allocation.
