Opportunity Identification Specialist
Dubai Real Estate seeks an Opportunity Identification Specialist to identify new business opportunities, market potential, and strategic initiatives.
The role involves market research, industry analysis, and developing actionable business plans.
Strong analytical, commercial, and strategic-thinking skills are required.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify new business, market, partnership, investment, and growth opportunities.
- Conduct market research, industry analysis, competitor assessments, and customer research.
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, emerging technologies, and industry developments to identify potential opportunities.
- Evaluate new markets, customer segments, products, services, partnerships, and revenue streams.
- Develop opportunity assessments, business cases, feasibility studies, and strategic recommendations.
- Analyze the commercial potential, risks, costs, benefits, and scalability of identified opportunities.
- Build and maintain an opportunity pipeline and prioritize opportunities based on strategic and financial value.
- Work closely with Business Development and Sales teams to qualify and develop potential opportunities.
- Identify opportunities for market expansion, product development, service development, partnerships, and strategic growth.
- Monitor competitor activities and industry changes to identify potential threats and opportunities.
