About the Role
Workforce Development Officer role in SASH's Workforce Development team.
The role is full-time and ongoing, at 80 hours per fortnight with a monthly accrued day off.
The role supports development of clinicians delivering evidence-based therapeutic interventions to children who have experienced sexual harm and their families.
Work Type and Salary
- The advertised work type is ongoing and full-time.
- The advertised salary range is $104,000 to $120,000.
- The classification may be Psychologist Grade 3, Social Worker Grade 3, Occupational Therapist Grade 3 or another relevant discipline classification.
What You'll Achieve
- Develop and deliver a clinical orientation program using best-practice and evidence-based approaches.
- Provide specialist sexual assault clinical supervision, mentoring and support to clinicians.
- Contribute to credentialing, capability and professional development frameworks supporting clinical excellence and quality assurance.
