Role Overview
The Country Fire Authority is seeking a VESEP Coordinator - Fleet and Equipment to coordinate the government-funded Volunteer Emergency Services Equipment Program.
The role supports effective administration and timely, compliant delivery of fleet and equipment projects across CFA.
The position is based at the State Logistics Centre in Scoresby and is full time ongoing.
Compensation
- The position is classified as PTA 4 with a salary of $96,887 per year plus 12% superannuation.
Program Delivery
- Coordinate the delivery and administration of VESEP Fleet and Equipment projects.
- Coordinate concurrent program rounds, applications, timelines, risks, and governance requirements.
- Assess applications and provide analysis and recommendations to the Statewide VESEP Steering Committee.
- Develop and maintain program processes, databases, reporting, and document controls.
Finance and Reporting
- Manage statewide budgets, financial forecasting, expenditure, and reporting.
