- Set up and monitor automated workflows to link internal communication tools with document management systems
- Assist in the creation of standardized templates for mandate reports and portfolio clarity updates
- Perform routine checks on data integrity within information systems to ensure accuracy for the major logistics and infrastructure group project
- Document the logical structure of existing automations to ensure they can be maintained or adjusted as the operating model evolves
- Research new software integrations that could simplify the way information moves between different digital work environments
- Support the principals by organizing technical assets and data points needed for upcoming governance reviews
- Troubleshoot basic errors in automated triggers and suggest fixes based on logical patterns
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal performance by identifying repetitive manual tasks that can be digitized
Requirements
- A strong foundation in logic and a curiosity about how digital systems interact
- Excellent written precision in English, with the ability to explain technical steps clearly
- Familiarity with basic no code automation logic or a willingness to learn how to connect different applications
- Disciplined organizational skills and the ability to work independently in a remote setting
- A high degree of attention to detail when dealing with data points and document formatting
- The ability to form a view on which tools are most effective for a specific task and explain that view to a colleague

What you will do
