  • You will support our principals by maintaining the operational flow that allows us to deliver honest, independent advice to our partners.

What you will do

  • Maintain project schedules and documentation for our mandate with a major financial services provider.
  • Conduct initial research into market trends and regulatory changes to help principals form a view on specific portfolio questions.
  • Prepare clear, concise briefing notes that summarize complex information for internal review.
  • Coordinate with client side counterparts to ensure information requests are met on time and with the necessary detail.
  • Audit project folders and document versioning to ensure compliance with our internal governance standards.
  • Draft regular status reports that provide clarity on project milestones and pending decisions for the principals.
  • Assist in the preparation of board level materials by verifying data points and ensuring formatting remains sober and professional.
  • Monitor the operational health of ongoing projects to identify potential delays before they impact delivery timelines.

What we are looking for

  • A natural curiosity about how large holding companies and financial institutions operate.
  • Exceptional written precision in English, with the ability to summarize ideas without using jargon or filler.
  • Logical rigor when organizing information or identifying gaps in a project plan.
  • Basic familiarity with spreadsheet tools and the ability to organize datasets clearly.
  • The ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining high levels of accountability.
  • An interest in corporate governance and the mechanisms that drive business decision making.
  • Strong attention to detail when managing calendars, documents, and meeting records.
