About the Role

Responsibilities
- Support all areas of the WMS application (HighJump ONE) including acting as super user and level one support for warehouse end users
- Manage system configuration based on operations team direction
- Facilitate end user training and assist in System SOP documentation
- Oversee user menu profile and security setup based on operations functional roles
- Participate in requirements definition and technical design of product enhancements
- Coordinate and execute testing activities with colleagues in other geographies
- Work with other fulfillment technology colleagues to troubleshoot or manage changes to WMS integrations
- Represent the Fulfillment Technology team in cross functional initiatives
- Create reports using fulfillment technology reporting tools to improve operation visibility and performance
- Help maintain deployment, support and service coordination for hardware devices like RF scanners, tablets and workstations
Requirements
- Interest and aptitude to learn and support a WMS in an RF based, automation enabled, e com fulfillment environment
- Intermediate to high proficiency in SQL
- Proficiency in spreadsheet tools (Google Sheets, Excel)
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience in Supply Chain Management, MIS, or Industrial Engineering (preferred)
- Willingness to adjust to alternate work hours, including weekends and occasional on call support
- Willingness and ability to travel 20 30% to different HelloFresh facilities
- Ability to travel to US for support without sponsorship assistance

Job Description
- Reporting into a regional fulfillment technology lead analyst or manager, this entry to early career leveled position will drive the continued implementation and ongoing maintenance/support of our strategic warehouse management system Infios (HighJump ONE platform).
You will…
- Support all areas of the WMS application [High Jump ONE Platform] for our Hellofresh brand facilities including acting as super user and level one support
- Managing system configuration based on operations team direction
- Facilitating end user training and assisting in System SOP documentation
- Overseeing user menu profile and security setup
- Participating in requirements definition and technical design of product enhancements
- Coordinating and executing testing activities
- Working with other fulfillment technology colleagues in troubleshooting or managing changes to WMS integrations
- Represent the Fulfillment Technology team as needed with cross functional initiatives
- Understand all available fulfillment technology team reporting tools and create reports
- Help maintain deployment, support and service coordination for associated hardware devices
- Coordinate with a regional infrastructure manager to help support local network services as needed

- Able to multitask and prioritize in a fast paced environment
- Excellent oral and written communicator with team player mentality
- Technical aptitude eager to learn/work in supply chain technology

Pay Range
- CAD 76,000—CAD 82,000 CAD
