About the Role
HelloFresh is looking for a Commercial Product Analyst to join the Menu Strategy & Planning team in Copenhagen. You will analyze data to inform recipe development, manage product improvements, and optimize menu planning processes.

Responsibilities
- Analyze data to draw insights about customers and provide strategic directions for culinary product development
- Translate product and menu composition strategy into clear recipe development plans
- Manage the launch of product improvements to customers
- Ensure recipe planning processes are continuously improved and optimized through cross team coordination
- Contribute to optimizing core menu signaletics and communication (tags, labels, categories, CRM)
- Build and maintain a network of international counterparts for best practices
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience translating ambiguous business questions into structured analytical approaches
- Strong commercial instincts to frame analytical problems in business terms
- Experience working with Excel or Gsheet to merge, transform, visualize, and analyze data
- Strong SQL skills
- Ability to communicate findings as clear recommendations to varying audiences
- Self driven and structured in managing work
- Fluent in English

The Role
- As a Commercial Product Analyst in the Menu Strategy & Planning team, you use insights to inform the development of our recipe database.
- Your mission is to use analytical expertise to facilitate the development of a broad pool of diverse, well liked, and affordable recipes.
What You’ll Do
- Analyze data to draw insights about our customers, and provide strategic directions for the development of our culinary product.
- Responsible for translating product and menu composition strategy into clear and aligned recipe development plans.
- Responsible for managing the launch of product improvements to our customers.
- Ensure that our recipe planning processes are continuously improved and optimized.
- Ensure high customer engagement by contributing to optimizing our core menu signaletics and communication.
- Build and maintain a network of international counterparts.
What You’ll Bring
- 2+ years of experience translating ambiguous business questions into structured analytical approaches.
- Strong commercial instincts that let you frame analytical problems in business terms.
