WFP & Org. Dev. Analyst

Job Purpose

Key Accountabilities

• Maintain organization structures, position assignments, organization charts, and position or title changes.
• Prepare establishment workforce reports and validate data against source documents.
• Collate workforce data for annual benchmarking and recommend improvements to data collection.
• Review personnel movement requests and confirm alignment with establishment and approved manpower budgets.
• Prepare month-end workforce reports, summaries, graphs, ad hoc queries, and annual statistical-report contributions.
• Support annual workforce budgeting and forecasting through manager meetings, forecasts, and management summaries.
• Maintain contractor work-order data and coordinate authorized processing with IT.
• Prepare secondee documentation and support nominations, interviews, and monthly movement reporting.
• Resolve workforce-planning, organization-chart, and related software issues as the focal point.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or Administration.
• Six years of experience in personnel and workforce control with analytical and technical responsibilities.
• Experience with SAP organizational databases and statistical applications for data gathering, processing, and presentation.
• Strong systems, technical, and analytical abilities for identifying issues and developing fit-for-purpose solutions.
• Proficiency with SAP and Microsoft Office.
• Very good written and spoken English.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in the oil and gas industry is preferred.
