- Perform a wide range of spa therapies and wellness treatments to the highest professional standards
- Customize treatments to guest preferences and wellness goals
- Maintain accurate treatment records and follow all treatment protocols
- Provide a warm, professional welcome and deliver an exceptional guest journey
- Explain treatment procedures, benefits, and aftercare to guests
- Handle guest concerns with care, escalating where necessary
- Promote spa facilities, wellness programs, and encourage repeat visits
- Ensure treatment rooms are always clean, equipped, and guest ready
- Adhere to grooming standards and professional conduct
- Support colleagues during peak periods and work as part of a cohesive team
- Follow all health, safety, and hygiene protocols
- Recommend and upsell retail products aligned with guest needs
Requirements
- Recognized spa therapy qualification (CIDESCO, CIBTAC, ITEC, or equivalent)
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a luxury spa or wellness environment
- Strong knowledge of massage techniques, facial treatments, and body therapies
- Excellent communication and guest service skills
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Multi skilled therapists with yoga, fitness, or holistic certifications are an advantage

Overview
- The First Group Hospitality is a Dubai headquartered, full service hospitality management company. We are seeking a Wellness & Spa Therapist to join our team.
Treatment Delivery
- Perform a wide range of spa therapies and wellness treatments (massages, facials, scrubs, wraps, and signature rituals) to the highest professional standards.
- Customize treatments to guest preferences and wellness goals.
- Maintain accurate treatment records and follow all treatment protocols.
- Ensure punctuality and readiness for all scheduled appointments.
Guest Experience
- Provide a warm, professional welcome and deliver an exceptional guest journey.
- Explain treatment procedures, benefits, and aftercare to guests.
- Handle guest concerns with care, escalating where necessary to the Spa Supervisor.
- Promote spa facilities, wellness programs, and encourage repeat visits.
Team & Operations Support
- Ensuring treatment rooms are always clean, equipped, and guest ready.
- Always adhere to grooming standards and professional conduct.
- Support colleagues during peak periods and work as part of a cohesive team.
- Follow all health, safety, and hygiene protocols, including sanitization of tools and rooms.
Retail & Business Contribution
- Recommend and upsell retail products aligned with guest needs.
- Support achievement of treatment and retail sales targets.
- Participate in promotions, spa events, and new service launches.
- Monitor stock usage and report needs to the Spa Supervisor.
Qualifications & Skills
- Recognized spa therapy qualification (CIDESCO, CIBTAC, ITEC, or equivalent).
