Role Overview

Guest Experience and Instruction

• Conduct group and individual sessions in yoga, meditation, Pilates, stretching, breathwork, and mindfulness.
• Provide tailored lifestyle and wellness guidance to help guests achieve balance, relaxation, and vitality.
• Create an encouraging atmosphere for participants across fitness and experience levels.
• Educate guests on holistic well-being practices for use beyond their stay.

Program Development

• Design a wellness activity calendar aligned with guest profiles, brand positioning, and seasonal events.
• Collaborate with Spa, Fitness, and Entertainment teams on integrated offerings.
• Develop signature programs, retreats, or themed events.

Operations and Safety

• Keep studios, outdoor areas, and relaxation spaces clean, safe, and prepared.
• Maintain wellness equipment and props in excellent condition.
• Follow local health, safety, and hygiene standards and brand guidelines.

Guest Relations

• Represent the wellness lifestyle and inspire guests to incorporate wellness into their holiday.
• Build guest relationships through guidance, feedback, and encouragement.
• Collect feedback to continuously enhance the wellness experience.

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Fitness Instructor or Personal Trainer.
• Luxury hospitality experience is preferred.
• A recognized Fitness Training, Personal Training, or related certification is required.
• Yoga, Pilates, or specialized wellness certifications are advantageous.
• Pre-opening experience is a plus.

• Ability to motivate guests with varying fitness levels.
