Service Responsibilities
- Maintain correct grooming standards and exceed guest satisfaction by knowing preferences and updating guest profiles.
- Maintain detailed knowledge of the menu, daily specials, and beverage service requirements.
- Anticipate guest needs and provide professional food and beverage service.
- Use opening and closing checklists and keep service stations cleared and restocked.
- Keep managers informed of guest feedback and report negative feedback through the Glitch system.
Standards and Operations
- Follow restaurant financial, LQA, and TrustYou targets on a daily basis.
- Maintain HACCP and FIFO standards as required by the regional governing body.
- Attend required briefings and training sessions.
- Identify potential problems, request assistance before service breakdowns, and report maintenance issues through the care program.
- Perform duties and special projects requested by management in the hotel.
Qualifications
- At least one to two years of experience as a Waiter/Waitress in a luxury hotel or fine dining restaurant.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and strong knowledge of food and beverage service procedures.
- Experience using POS systems and professional grooming and presentation.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude and strong guest focus.
- Fluency in English is required; Russian, Arabic, or Turkish are advantageous.
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
