Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Transport guests, VIPs, executives, and colleagues to and from the hotel, airport, and designated locations.
• Provide professional airport transfers and hotel transportation services.
• Welcome guests and assist with luggage and personal belongings when required.
• Maintain a high standard of guest service and create positive first and last impressions.
• Drive safely under UAE traffic laws and hotel safety policies.
• Maintain knowledge of Abu Dhabi attractions, shopping malls, business districts, airports, and surrounding areas.
• Inspect vehicles before and after shifts and keep them clean, fueled, presentable, and properly maintained.
• Report vehicle defects, accidents, maintenance needs, and safety concerns promptly.
• Record vehicle usage, mileage, fuel consumption, and guest transportation where required.
• Assist Concierge and Front Office teams with transportation arrangements and guest inquiries.
• Maintain confidentiality and follow hotel policies for safety, security, grooming, and guest service.

Qualifications

• A valid UAE driving license is required.
• Previous hotel driver, chauffeur, limousine driver, or similar experience is required, preferably in a luxury hotel.
• Good knowledge of Abu Dhabi roads and surrounding areas is required.
• An excellent driving record and strong knowledge of UAE traffic regulations are required.
• Good English communication skills are required; additional languages are advantageous.
• Professional appearance, positive attitude, and excellent customer-service skills are required.
• The role requires flexible shifts, including weekends, public holidays, early mornings, and late nights.
• Candidates must be physically fit and able to assist guests with luggage when required.
• VIP guest or luxury hospitality experience is highly desirable.
