Job Summary

Location and Contract
- The role is based in Mesaieed, Qatar.

Maintenance Coordination
- Coordinate technicians across disciplines and work areas to maintain optimum workshop operating conditions.
- Coordinate with material management, planning, turnaround, and end-user teams to support maintenance plans.
- Ensure required spares, materials, manpower, and equipment are available on time.
Planning and Reporting
- Maintain daily, weekly, and long-term plans and track planned versus actual progress.
- Prepare weekly, periodic, and management reports and provide work-status updates to superiors.
- Maintain timekeeping records and provide inputs for operating-budget development.
Systems and Documentation
- Manage maintenance history, time entries, work-order closure, and work-order data quality.
- Establish document management and retrieval methods.
- Use the ERP maintenance management system to maintain plans, raise work orders, and generate reports.
Safety and Procedures
- Prepare risk analyses and environmental aspect assessments.
- Assist with maintenance management procedures and instructions.
- Ensure activities comply with occupational health, quality, safety, and environmental procedures.
Education and Experience
- Higher National Diploma or equivalent in the relevant discipline is required.
- At least 8–10 years of direct and relevant experience is required, preferably in oil and gas, petrochemical, or heavy manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of MIG, TIG, and stick welding processes and associated materials is required.
- Familiarity with welding standards and regulations and strong supervisory and team management skills are required.
- Welding or related certification is preferred.
