Job Summary
The Change Management section sits under the Digital Office Manager and reports to the Chief Technical Officer.
The function manages organizational changes involving digital technologies, processes, and people related to QAFCO's digital strategy and initiatives.
The role uses AI-assisted tools, predictive analytics, and data-driven insights to improve adoption, engagement, and digital maturity.
Key Accountabilities
- Lead change management strategies for technology, process, and organizational transitions.
- Plan and deliver change programs, digital initiatives, AI use cases, and sustained adoption activities.
- Use AI-assisted analytics to monitor adoption, stakeholder sentiment, readiness, and resistance patterns.
- Develop communication plans, training programs, learning strategies, and support mechanisms.
- Conduct impact assessments and create risk mitigation plans for digital transformation.
- Define metrics and KPIs, using dashboards and predictive analytics to evaluate success.
- Build stakeholder support and foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and AI readiness.
- Collaborate with AI and Data teams on feedback loops using behavioral and adoption data.
AI and Change Skills
- Use AI platforms such as Microsoft Copilot, SAP Joule, or similar assistants for change tracking and sentiment analysis.
- Interpret AI-generated insights and adoption metrics to develop targeted change interventions.
- Apply responsible AI, data privacy, and ethical AI principles to workforce transformation.
- Design AI enablement and awareness programs for employees.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Have 8-10 years of direct and relevant experience, including at least 5 years in change management or a related field.
- Have digital transformation or AI-enabled environment experience in a large-scale organization.
- A relevant bachelor's degree or advanced study is advantageous.
- Change management certification such as Prosci or ACMP is a plus.
- Certifications in AI for business transformation, digital adoption, or data-driven change leadership are strong advantages.
