- Sign-On Bonus & Incentive Compensation
- This position offers a $3,000 sign-on bonus, payable in accordance with company policy. In addition, employees in this role are eligible to earn production-based incentive compensation of up to 4% of their annual base salary, based on individual performance and established productivity metrics.
