- YOU MUST HAVE
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, or a related technical field; MBA or Master’s degree strongly preferred.
- 6+ years of progressive experience in product management, aftermarket strategy, or service business development, preferably in industrial rotating equipment (pumps, compressors, or similar mission-critical machinery).
- Demonstrated success leading business model transformation, service innovation, or digital/IoT platform initiatives in a B2B industrial or manufacturing environment.
- Strong analytical and strategic planning skills, with hands-on experience in installed base analysis, VOC, pricing strategy, and STRAP development.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence stakeholders at all levels without direct authority.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience presenting to executive audiences.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required (approximately 20–30%).

- The annual base salary range for this position is $150,000 - $170,000. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline.
