- Lead value management and value-based pricing initiatives
- Provide expertise in pricing for both services and large projects
- Define and monitor the market and competitive landscape
- Maintain and update product mappings relative to competitors
- Formulate and implement pricing strategies
- Oversee program and project management related to pricing initiatives
- Drive strong financial performance and results
- Manage transactional pricing processes
- Conduct thorough market research
- Develop and maintain pricing databases
- Create analytical toolkits to support bids and service renewals
- Support decoupled growth strategies for business expansion

Qualifications
- YOU MUST HAVE
- Minimum of 6 years of service and large commercial building project pricing and associated market dynamics
- Pricing Software experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities
- Proven track record of driving pricing strategies and achieving results
- Ability to effectively communicate and influence stakeholders at all levels
- WE VALUE
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field
- Master's degree or advanced certification is a plus
- SAP experience
- Strategic thinking and business acumen
- Strong negotiation and decision-making skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
