About the Role
Accor's Tamayyaz program seeks a Welcomer for Pullman Zamzam Makkah, open to Saudi Nationals. The role involves greeting guests, managing check-in/check-out, maintaining grooming standards, and supporting front desk operations.

Responsibilities
- Maintain perfect grooming (uniform, tag, makeup, tidy hair) at all times.
- Greet guests with a smile and maintain a positive attitude.
- Ensure the section is perfectly tidy and stationary is refilled as required.
- Handle check in and check out procedures according to standards.
- Record all guests on immigration reports (CID) as per UAE law.
- Guide VIP guests and Executive floor bookings to the 22nd Floor.
- Assist guests with any requests.
- Perform detailed handover at end of shift, including cashier report.
- Sell and up sell hotel facilities and services to guests.
- Respect guest privacy and confidentiality.
Requirements
- Saudi National only (Tamayyaz program)
- Little to no work experience; fresh graduates welcome
- Basic English skills
- Strong passion for the hospitality field
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work a flexible roster

Company Description
- Tamayyaz is a Nationalization Development Program that enables Saudi talents to acquire the needed skills & knowledge for various professions within the hospitality field within a specific time frame by using a combination of classroom learning and On Job Training.
Job Responsibilities
- Grooming/Attitude: Keep at all times a perfect grooming (uniform, tag, make up, tidy hair…).
- Greeting/Attitude: Always keep a smile on. A positive attitude is a must.
- Follow up: Act quickly and efficiently, following instructions received by supervisor.
- Organization: Ensure section is perfectly tidy, stationary refilled, and operations circuits followed strictly.
- C/I & C/O: Ensure all check in and check out are made in line with standards; attentive on audit, immigration & guest history issues.
- Communication: Be attentive to information during briefings; report problems to supervisor; read and update reception logbook.
- Immigration records: Ensure all guests checked in during shift are recorded on accurate immigration reports (CID as per UAE law).
- Executive Bookings & VIP: Ensure VIP guests or Executive floor bookings are guided quickly to the 22nd Floor.
- Guest requests follow up: Be ready to help the guest with any request.
- Handover: Clear station and do full detailed handover with next shift; check cashier report is correct.
- Selling / Up selling: Take every opportunity to sell hotel facilities and services.
- Privacy: Respect privacy/confidentiality of all hotel patrons.
Qualifications
- Tamayyaz Program is for Saudi Nationals Only.
- Open to candidates with little to no work experience, including fresh graduates and those with up to 6 months of relevant work experience.
- Basic English skills are a must.
- Strong passion for the Hospitality Field.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Is a team player that contributes to and proactively assists co workers.
- Ability to work a flexible roster depending on departmental needs.
- Ability to focus attention on guest needs, always remaining calm and courteous.
