What you will be doing
- Provide friendly, efficient, and professional front office service, including warm welcomes, check ins, and check outs.
- Anticipate guest needs, handle cash transactions, and maintain Pullman service standards.
- Monitor room status, manage guest complaints, and ensure guest satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate guest profiles and follow VIP protocols.

Your experience and skills include
- Thriving in fast paced environments and love creating memorable guest experiences.
- Previous experience in hospitality is a strong advantage.
- Tech savvy with Opera or similar systems
- Guest oriented, approachable, and genuinely service minded
- Fluency in English; additional languages are great asset
