Responsibilities
- Own and manage the Wealth Management platform roadmap, strategy, and operational stability
- Lead production support, incident resolution, root cause analysis, and problem management
- Drive platform enhancements, upgrades, regulatory changes, and integrations
- Collaborate with Business, Operations, Architecture, Security, and Vendor teams
- Define and monitor platform KPIs, SLAs, and performance indicators
- Ensure audit, compliance, risk, and regulatory observations are addressed
- Drive automation initiatives and operational efficiency improvements
- Manage platform performance, capacity planning, and scalability
- Provide regular platform health updates and executive level communications
- Build and lead high performing support and delivery teams
Requirements
- Strong experience with Wealth Management platforms such as Avaloq, Temenos Wealth, or FNZ
- Understanding of Wealth Management application architecture and ecosystem integrations
- Experience in API based integrations, middleware, and microservices
- Knowledge of Oracle/SQL databases, application servers, cloud technologies
- Experience managing application security, disaster recovery, and business continuity
- Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD, monitoring, and observability tools

Role Overview
- End to end ownership of the Bank's Wealth Management platform.
- Ensure stability, scalability, security, regulatory compliance, and continuous enhancement.
- Blend of Wealth Management domain expertise, technical leadership, stakeholder management, vendor governance, and delivery ownership.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage the Wealth Management platform roadmap, strategy, operational stability, and technology modernization.
- Act as single point of accountability for platform availability, performance, security, and service quality.
- Lead production support activities, incident resolution, root cause analysis, and problem management.
- Drive platform enhancements, upgrades, regulatory changes, integrations, and new business initiatives.
- Work closely with Business, Operations, Architecture, Security, Infrastructure, and Vendor teams.
- Define and monitor platform KPIs, SLAs, availability metrics, incident trends, and performance indicators.
- Establish strong vendor governance and ensure vendor accountability.
- Review and challenge solution designs for scalability, security, resilience, and alignment with enterprise architecture.
- Lead platform upgrades, patching, vulnerability remediation, disaster recovery testing, and technology refresh.
- Ensure audit, compliance, risk, and regulatory observations are addressed.
- Drive automation initiatives and operational efficiency improvements.
- Manage platform performance, capacity planning, and future scalability.
Technical Competencies
- Strong experience with Wealth Management platforms such as Avaloq, Temenos Wealth, or FNZ.
- Strong understanding of Wealth Management application architecture and ecosystem integrations.
- Experience in API based integrations, middleware technologies, enterprise integration patterns, and microservices architecture.
- Good understanding of Oracle/SQL databases, application servers, cloud technologies, and infrastructure concepts.
- Experience managing application security, vulnerability remediation, disaster recovery, and business continuity.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, release management, monitoring, and observability tools.
