Position Overview
Manage daily Food & Beverage operations at Society Sport Center, including the Grab & Go food counter and Coffee Barista station.
Ensure smooth service, quality standards, customer satisfaction, team leadership, cost control, and regulatory compliance.
Operations and Customer Service
- Supervise and operate the Grab & Go food counter and Coffee Barista station.
- Oversee food preparation, beverage quality, product presentation, and stock availability.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff and suppliers on menus, product launches, and stock needs.
- Serve as a barista when required, resolve customer issues, and promote products and special offers.
Team and Financial Control
- Train, supervise, schedule, and motivate staff to maintain efficient, clean, customer-focused service.
- Monitor sales, reduce wastage, support profitability, and track food, beverage, coffee, and consumable inventory.
- Prepare daily and weekly sales performance and stock usage reports.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Diploma or bachelor's degree in Hospitality, F&B Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of F&B supervision experience with hands-on barista and Grab & Go operations experience.
- Knowledge of coffee brewing methods, specialty coffee machines, and beverage preparation.
- Strong leadership, team management, customer service, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Familiarity with HACCP and Qatar health and safety standards.
- Proficiency in MS Office and POS systems.
- Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
