Workplace

Qualification and Experience
- Graduation or Inter CA qualification.
- Four to five years of experience in the same field.
Invoice Management
- Enter purchase and expense invoices.
- Verify purchase invoices against purchase orders and goods receipt notes.
Financial Entries
- Prepare and post year-end closing and adjustment entries, including GST, TDS, depreciation, fixed deposits, prepaid expenses, outstanding expenses, provisions, and capital gain or loss entries.
GST and Tax Compliance
- Prepare monthly data for GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, and GSTR-2B reconciliation.
- Complete yearly GST filings, including GSTR-9 and GSTR-9C.
- Manage TDS payments and file quarterly TDS returns.
Statutory and Tax Work
- Assist with statutory audits, income tax return preparation, tax audit workings, advance tax calculations, and 26AS reconciliations.
Other Accounting and Coordination
- Handle personal accounts and related financial tasks.
- Coordinate with consultants for audits, tax filings, and compliance.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in accounting and financial software.
- Strong understanding of GST, TDS, and income tax regulations.
- Expertise in preparing and reconciling financial statements.
- Excellent coordination and communication skills.
