The position is for an Accounts Manager focused on banking and letter-of-credit operations.

Technical Skills and Responsibilities
- Manage banking operations, including letter-of-credit operations, and ensure import and export banking compliance.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate financial risks related to banking operations.
- Use Tally or ERP systems for accounting, reporting, and analysis.
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
- Collect, organize, and verify supporting documents for transactions and expenses.
- Prepare financial statements and MIS reports.
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting.
- Analyze financial data for trends, discrepancies, and improvement areas.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and statutory requirements.
- Coordinate with and assist auditors during audits and reviews.
Qualifications and Experience
- B.Com, M.Com, or Inter CA qualification.
- 8–12 years of relevant experience in accounts and finance.
- Strong understanding of banking operations, products, and processes.
- Hands-on experience with Tally or ERP systems for accounting, reporting, and analysis.
Preferred Experience
- Exposure to manufacturing or industrial setups is preferred.
Workplace and Schedule
- Work mode is from the office.
- The position is full time.
