A leading CA firm in Mumbai is urgently hiring an Accounts Payable professional for its Malad location.
Workplace

Schedule
- The position is full time.
Responsibilities
- Review, verify, and process vendor invoices accurately and promptly through invoice booking.
- Ensure proper invoice approval before processing payments.
- Process payments, maintain vendor records, and coordinate with vendors.
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.
- Maintain records and documentation for tax and audit compliance.
- Assist with month-end closing and accounts payable accruals.
Qualifications
- An Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
- At least 3 years of accounts payable experience is required.
- Proficiency in accounting software and strong Microsoft Excel skills, including VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables, are required.
- Oracle knowledge is an added advantage.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, independent working, and deadline management skills are required.
