The position is for a Manager, Chartered Accountant, in Finance and Accounts for a real estate project.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.
- Conduct audits to verify financial accuracy and compliance with regulations.
- Provide tax planning advice, file tax returns, and ensure tax compliance.
- Advise management or clients on financial decisions, risk management, and cost reduction.
- Ensure compliance with national and international financial and legal regulations.
- Manage financial systems and monitor budgets to support profitability.
- Assess financial risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Supervise junior accountants and colleagues to maintain accounting best practices.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- A completed Chartered Accountant qualification is essential.
- Proficiency with computerized accounting systems and strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting are required.
- Strong numerical and analytical abilities, including data analysis and problem-solving, are required.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills are required.
- Attention to detail, ethical conduct, and the ability to work under pressure are required.
