About the Role

Responsibilities
- Lead the development and implementation of sophisticated, data driven paid media strategies aligned with client business objectives
- Oversee the management of large scale, multi channel paid media campaigns across diverse platforms (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, Programmatic Display, etc.)
- Champion advanced optimization techniques including A/B testing, audience segmentation, predictive analytics, and algorithmic bidding strategies
- Analyze campaign performance meticulously, identify key trends and opportunities, and present actionable insights and strategic recommendations
- Develop and deliver compelling performance reports and presentations that clearly articulate campaign results and provide strategic guidance
- Collaborate seamlessly with cross functional teams to ensure integrated campaign execution
- Cultivate strong relationships with key platform partners (Google, Meta, etc.) and negotiate favorable terms
- Manage complex campaign budgets effectively and ensure accurate tracking of spend and ROI across all channels
- Drive innovation by identifying and implementing new technologies, platforms, and strategies to enhance campaign performance
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in performance marketing with a proven track record of managing successful paid media campaigns at scale
- Deep expertise in paid search, social, and display advertising platforms including Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and Programmatic Display
- Exceptional analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, etc.)
- Strong understanding of attribution modeling, audience segmentation, and advanced bidding strategies
- Excellent communication, presentation, and client management skills
- Proven leadership skills and ability to mentor and guide junior team members
