Manage the receipt, storage, and internal movement of assets across the retail portfolio.
About the Employer
The retail division operates luxury fashion, jewellery, home, department store, beauty, hospitality, and lifestyle brands in the Middle East.
Functional Responsibilities
- Manage logistics for moving creative assets across the retail estate.
- Receive orders, cross-check procurement records, and report inconsistencies or damages.
- Maintain detailed inventory records for stock stored in the VM warehouse.
- Protect visual merchandising assets during movement and storage.
- Dispose of creative assets after the agreed period through staff sale or wastage.
- Supervise warehouse coordinators and drivers and manage delivery schedules.
- Ensure safe working practices and implement strong warehouse housekeeping standards.
Qualifications and Experience
- Three to five years of experience in retail logistics or warehouse and stockroom operations.
- A relevant vocational qualification is advantageous.
- A process-driven approach, excellent attention to detail, and ability to work with minimal guidance are required.
Contract Type
- The role is described as a one-year fixed-term contract.
