The role is a Warehouse Supervisor – Last Mile position on a one-year fixed-term contract.

Warehouse and Asset Operations
- Manage logistics for moving creative assets across the retail estate.
- Receive orders and cross-check them against procurement records.
- Check order accuracy and report inconsistencies or damages promptly.
- Maintain detailed inventory of stock stored in the visual merchandising warehouse.
- Protect props and other assets from damage and unnecessary wear during movement and storage.
- Dispose of creative assets after the agreed period through staff sale or wastage.
Team and Safety Management
- Supervise warehouse coordinators and drivers and motivate the team to deliver tasks on time and according to process.
- Manage driver delivery schedules.
- Ensure work is conducted safely in line with health and safety best practices.
- Maintain excellent housekeeping standards within the warehouse.
Qualifications and Experience
- A relevant vocational qualification would be an advantage.
- The role requires 3–5 years of experience in retail logistics or warehouse or stockroom operations.
- The role requires a process-driven approach, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work with minimal guidance.
