Provide government relations support by liaising with traffic departments, police, ministries, and other government authorities.
Support vehicle registration, new branch openings, traffic fine payments, and other administrative matters requiring government resolution.
Functional Roles and Responsibilities
- Organize vehicle registration, cancellation, and re-registration to support sales activities.
- Liaise with traffic departments regarding fines and arrange timely payment.
- Handle government relations queries involving vehicles, traffic, and fines.
- Monitor vehicle registration expiry dates and provide monthly expense allocations to accounts.
- Obtain traffic fine details and ensure payment to avoid registration blocks.
- Forward vehicle and fine information for appropriate charging and settle traffic-work IOUs under company policy.
- Maintain safe custody of the company stamp and registration documents.
- Coordinate with police on cases against defaulting customers and liaise with company lawyers when required.
- Obtain information and arrange documentation and approvals for new branch openings.
- Build relationships with government authorities to speed up formalities.
Education and Experience
- Higher Secondary School Certificate.
- Five years of experience in government liaison work in the UAE.
