- Receive, inspect, and store materials in designated warehouse locations
- Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks
- Prepare and issue materials for operational use or deployment
- Conduct routine inventories to maintain accurate warehouse records
- Ensure compliance with safety and security standards for storage
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment
- Support audits and inspections by providing accurate records and inventory data
- Manage shelf life program and HAZMAT and environmental functions
- Assist in training of Materiel Storage and Distribution/Warehouse personnel
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 1 2 years experience in a supply system or closely related function
- Valid home country driver's license and ability to obtain host nation driver's license
- Ability to operate material handling equipment up to 10k forklift
- Ability to lift/push/pull minimum of 50 lbs
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally
- Organizational skills and beginner level English
- Proficiency in warehouse operations and inventory management systems
- Working knowledge of personal computers and Windows OS, Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) preferred
- Maximo experience preferred

Job Overview
- The Warehouse Specialist assists the Supply Supervisor in the performance of routine warehousing duties.
- Assists in training of Materiel Storage and Distribution/Warehouse personnel.
- Ensures compliance with Performance Work Statement (PWS) and Amentum ISO 9001 Quality Management System (QMS).
Principal Accountabilities
- Ensures all receipts of supplies and equipment from depots and other sources of supply are identified properly and are in a serviceable condition before storing.
- Performs warehouse validations and prepares the warehouse for inventories.
- Receive, inspect and store materials in designated warehouse locations.
- Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Prepare and issue materials for operational use of deployment.
- Conduct routine inventories to maintain accurate warehouse records.
- Ensure compliance with safety and security standards for storage.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.
- Support audits and inspections by providing accurate records and inventory data.
- Be responsible for HAZMAT and Environmental functions.
- Performs other duties as directed or assigned by the supervisor.
Minimum Requirements
- Must have organizational skills and be able to understand, speak, read and write English at a beginner level.
- Proficiency in warehouse operations and inventory management systems.
- Must possess a valid home country driver's license and ability to obtain host nation driver's license.
- Will be required to operate material handling equipment up to 10k forklift.
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- One to two years' experience in a supply system or closely related function is required.
- Will be required to wear proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) according to prescribed procedures.
- Physically capable of performing all required duties; capable of lifting/pushing/pulling minimum of 50 lbs.
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally.
Preferred Qualifications
- Working knowledge in the use of personal computers and Windows Operating System and Microsoft Office to include as a minimum PowerPoint, Excel and Word programs is preferred.
- Maximo experience preferred.
Work Environment
- Works in normal office and maintenance shop or warehouse environment and may be required to work outdoors for extended periods.
