- Develop, implement, and maintain the Project HSE Management Plan
- Ensure compliance with all applicable HSE legislation, standards, and client requirements
- Promote a positive and proactive safety culture across the project
- Conduct regular site inspections, audits, and safety observations
- Lead toolbox talks, safety campaigns, and workforce engagement initiatives
- Monitor and manage high risk activities
- Investigate incidents, near misses, and unsafe acts
- Monitor HSE performance metrics and drive continuous improvement
- Manage environmental compliance, including waste management and pollution prevention
- Review and approve contractor HSE documentation
- Verify training, competence, and certification compliance
- Coordinate emergency response planning and site drills

About the Opportunity
- With a strong presence in Saudi Arabia, we are actively involved in critical projects throughout the region.
- We are seeking an experienced HSE Manager to lead all Health, Safety and Environmental activities on a major infrastructure project.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain the Project HSE Management Plan.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable HSE legislation, standards, and client requirements.
- Promote a positive and proactive safety culture across the project.
- Conduct regular site inspections, audits, and safety observations.
- Lead toolbox talks, safety campaigns, and workforce engagement initiatives.
- Monitor and manage high risk activities including working at height, lifting operations, excavation works, confined spaces, electrical works, and plant operations.
- Investigate incidents, near misses, and unsafe acts, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions.
- Monitor HSE performance metrics and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Manage environmental compliance, including waste management and pollution prevention programmes.
- Review and approve contractor HSE documentation, including risk assessments and method statements.
- Verify training, competence, and certification compliance across the workforce.
- Coordinate emergency response planning and site drills.
