- Manage worker productivity by supervising preparation works
- Ensure application of Health and Safety requirements and ISO requirements
- Maintain clean and safe work area by coordinating cleaning activities
- Manage performance of assigned team through monitoring KPIs and coaching

Job Overview
- Ensure proper and timely orders preparation and data entry while maintaining safe warehouse operations in line with safety instructions and maintaining warehouse team productivity.
Accountabilities
- Ensure orders preparation and submission to shipping team in timely and proper manner.
- Ensure no orders are overlooked by logging on to system to download orders from all areas.
- Inspect supplies to ensure workers can adequately complete tasks and customer orders.
- Supervise box packing and gather invoices from preparers then send to data entry officer.
- Distribute preparation tasks by coordinating with data entry officers.
- Manage worker productivity by supervising preparation works.
- Ensure application of Health and Safety requirements and ISO requirements within warehouse.
- Maintain clean and safe work area by coordinating and supervising cleaning activities.
- Manage performance of assigned team through monitoring KPIs achievement, coaching, following up obstacles.

- Working Days: 6 Working Days
- Days off: 1 Day Off
- Working Hours: 8 Hours Based on Shifts (1 Hour Break)
