About the Role

Responsibilities
- Respond to employees’ inquiries and complaints in a timely manner via email, calls, etc.
- Follow up all payments registered in the payroll system on a daily basis to ensure data accuracy
- Validate and escalate employees’ requests (e.g. holidays, cash in advance, leaves, business trips, end of services) for compliance
- Submit transactions (e.g. annual leaves, sick leaves, business trips) after revision and validation
- Submit regular reports to stakeholders by analyzing employees’ requests

Job Overview
- Respond to the employees’ inquiries and complaints in timely manner and in line with Nahdi policies & procedures
Accountabilities
- Respond to the employees’ complaints and inquiries (e.g. transaction issues, salary delays, how to upload the request into the self service system) through the e mail, calls…etc in timely manner as per the set SLAs and SOPs
- Follow up all payments registered in the payroll system on daily basis by checking compliance of payment details with payroll policies and procedures
- Validate and escalate all employees’ requests that are registered to the payroll users through the self service system (e.g. holidays, cash in advance, leaves, business trips, end of services, etc.)
- Submit transactions (e.g. annual leaves, sick leaves, business trips) after revision and validation of accuracy and compliance
- Submit regular report to the concerned stakeholders through analyzing the employees’ requests (e.g. holidays, commissions, allowances, end of services, etc.)
