Position Overview

  • Deliver timely HR services to Nahdi staff by providing information and general support.
  • Oversee maintenance of records, files, and databases of employees.
  • Execute personnel operations including termination, resignations, employee relations, new hires, attendance, and day to day functions.
  • Administer employee benefit plans and work closely with all HR divisions.

Accountabilities

  • Approve Nahdi staff vacations through review of vacation requests and supporting documents.
  • Review and approve HR letters for Nahdi staff by checking employee history.
  • Review and approve staff requests for extra allowances and process financial implications.
  • Activate new employee services on the system and finalize onboarding activities.
  • Quality check on receiving ID, ATM visa, and residence of employees.
  • Manage team performance through monitoring KPIs, coaching, and feedback.
  • Generate and execute probation period reports and consequences.

  • Working Days: 5 Working Days
  • Days off: 2 Days Off
  • Working Hours: 8:00 AM 6:00 PM (1 hour break)
