- Receive, inspect and verify all incoming goods against purchase order, delivery notes, invoice and specification
- Check product quality and condition, reporting any damages or discrepancies
- Record all deliveries accurately in the inventory ERP system
- Coordinate with supplier to resolve delivery issues
- Ensure proper tagging and labelling before goods delivery to respective units
- Maintain receiving area cleanliness and safety
- Coordinate with GRU and requestors for timely transfer and distribution
- Provide complete receiving reports and discrepancy notes
Requirements
- Diploma or bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, procurement or related field
- UAE driving license is a must
- Fluent English communication skills (spoken and written)
- Minimum 3 5 years' experience in goods receiving, warehouse operation and procurement support
- Experience in construction materials receiving and inspecting: 3 years (Required)

Job Overview
- The Goods Receiving Officer is responsible for receiving and managing all incoming goods to the centralized goods receiving office.
- Includes sorting, storing, and delivering goods to different units, locations, and facilities.
- Acts as key control point between suppliers, procurement, and end user department.
Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma or bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, procurement or related field.
- UAE driving license is a must.
- Fluent English communication skills.
- Minimum 3 5 years' experience in goods receiving, warehouse operation and procurement support.
