About the Role
SADAFCO is seeking a Warehouse Operative to ensure accurate order picking, loading, and inventory control in ambient, frozen, and chilled chambers. The role requires a high school degree, forklift license (training available), 2 years experience, and physical fitness.

Responsibilities
- Pick customer orders in Ambient, Frozen, and Chilled Chambers and transport to loading locations using forklifts
- Repackage orders as needed and report quality/quantity variances
- Ensure inbound and outbound shipments are accurate and damage free
- Operate and perform minor maintenance on forklifts daily
- Scan/manually enter stock into system for inbound/outbound goods and issue gate passes
- Maintain clean, neat, orderly work area and assist in warehouse security
- Provide additional assistance as requested by Supervisor
Requirements
- High school degree or equivalent
- Forklift driving license (training provided if needed)
- Minimum 2 years relevant work experience
- Physically fit
- Arabic fluency
- English preferred

Purpose of the job
- To ensure customers get exactly what they ordered in good condition by performing all warehouse tasks including receipt, storage, and dispatching of finished goods, while maintaining a safe and clean working environment.
Key Accountabilities
- Order Picking & Loading: Pick customer orders in Ambient, Frozen, and Chilled Chambers and transport to loading locations using forklifts, ensuring right quantities and dates.
- Repacking: Repackage orders as needed and report quality/quantity variances.
- Quality: Ensure inbound and outbound shipments are accurate and damage free to minimize returns.
- Equipment: Operate forklifts for order picking, inspect and perform minor maintenance daily.
- Inventory Control: Scan/manually enter stock into system for inbound/outbound goods, issue gate passes, conduct physical inventory counts.
- Safety & Security: Maintain clean, neat, orderly work area and assist in warehouse security.
- General Assistance: Provide additional assistance as requested by Supervisor.
Job Requirements
- Educational level: minimum completed High School degree (literate: read & write)
- Specific diploma/education: driving license for Forklift Truck is mandatory (training will be given if suitable applicant is currently without license)
- Minimal experience: 2 years relevant work experience
- Ability to work under pressure and handle deadlines
- Physically fit
- Neat and tidy, well groomed (e.g. no sandals)
- Languages: Arabic is a must; English is preferable
