About the Role
SADAFCO in Riyadh is seeking an Associate Director Commercial to lead the commercial agenda for the Snacking & Convenience Business Unit. - Lead the development and execution of the commercial agenda for the Snacking & Convenience Business Unit
- Translate BU strategy into annual and mid term commercial plans across channels
- Track performance vs targets and implement corrective actions
- Ensure all investments are linked to clear ROI and performance outcomes
- Drive execution excellence and in market delivery
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance to ensure aligned execution
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related fields (Master degree is a plus)
- 8 12 years of experience in FMCG, with strong exposure to Trade Marketing, Channel Management, or Commercial Planning
- Solid experience across key channels (Modern Trade, Traditional Trade, Wholesale, E commerce, Convenience)
- Good understanding of distribution, in store execution, and customer dynamics
- Experience in trade marketing campaigns, visibility materials, planograms, and budget management
- Demonstrated ability to manage and develop a team
- Strong cross functional collaboration experience (Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance)
- Fluent in Arabic & English

Purpose of the Job
