Role Description
- The Warehouse Operations Specialist is a part time, hybrid role based in Abu Dhabi, with some flexibility to work from home.
- On site responsibilities include managing inbound and outbound shipments, coordinating material handling activities, and maintaining accurate inventory records.
- The role involves organizing storage areas, ensuring safe operation of warehouse equipment, and preparing orders and materials for events, demonstrations, and shipments related to the show.
- The specialist will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to align warehouse operations with event schedules and customer requirements.
- Remote work may include updating inventory systems, preparing documentation, and communicating with stakeholders to support smooth and efficient warehouse operations.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Inventory Control and Operations skills to manage stock levels, track materials, and support efficient warehouse workflows.
- Candidates should possess Material Handling and Forklift Operation skills to safely move, store, and load/unload products and equipment.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to coordinate with internal teams, logistics providers, and event stakeholders.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with warehouse or ERP software are beneficial.
- Experience in warehouse, logistics, or event related operations is preferred.
- Ability to work safely, follow procedures, and lift moderate weights as required.
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and reliability in a part time hybrid work environment.
