- Effective communication skills for collaborating with internal teams and external suppliers
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry, record keeping, and report preparation
- Ability to work in a hybrid setup based in Dubai, managing time effectively across on site and remote tasks
- Relevant diploma or bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, or a related field preferred

Role Description
- The Procurement Assistant is a part time, hybrid role based in Dubai, with some flexibility for remote work from home.
- This role involves supporting the procurement team in managing purchase orders, tracking deliveries, and maintaining accurate records of orders and supplier information.
- The Procurement Assistant will assist with sourcing suppliers, obtaining quotations, and comparing prices and terms to support purchasing decisions.
- Daily tasks include coordinating with internal stakeholders to understand requirements, communicating with vendors regarding order status, and helping resolve any discrepancies or delays.
- The role also includes basic data entry, preparation of procurement reports, and contributing to process improvements in purchasing and procurement activities.
Qualifications
- Strong purchasing and procurement skills, including experience supporting procurement processes and supplier coordination.
