- Prepare and review Bills of Quantities (BOQs) for projects related to exhibition spaces, technical installations, and associated infrastructure
- Monitor project costs, support cost planning for new and ongoing initiatives
- Collaborate with project managers and vendors to ensure financial accuracy and value for money
- Prepare periodic cost reports, track budget variances, and provide recommendations for cost optimization
- Work closely with cross functional teams and external partners to support efficient project delivery in line with organizational standards
Requirements
- Strong skills in Cost Control and Cost Management for projects within technical or exhibition environments
- Skills in BOQ preparation and review, ensuring accurate quantity take offs and documentation
- Skills in Cost Planning and Cost Reporting to support budgeting, forecasting, and project performance analysis
- Relevant experience in quantity surveying, cost engineering, or project finance, ideally within construction, events, or automotive related sectors
- Proficiency in spreadsheet and cost estimation tools, with strong numerical and analytical abilities
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a hybrid setup and across multicultural teams
- Diploma or degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline is preferred
- Knowledge of contract administration, procurement processes, and basic project management principles is an advantage

Role Description
- This part time Quantity Surveyor role is a hybrid position based in Dubai, with a combination of on site work and some work from home flexibility.
- The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for preparing and reviewing Bills of Quantities (BOQs) for projects related to exhibition spaces, technical installations, and associated infrastructure.
Day to day tasks
- Monitoring project costs, supporting cost planning for new and ongoing initiatives.
- Collaborating with project managers and vendors to ensure financial accuracy and value for money.
- Preparing periodic cost reports, tracking budget variances, and providing recommendations for cost optimization.
