- Hands on experience with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) for data entry, reporting, and record maintenance.
- Working knowledge of Labor and Employment Law and an ability to help ensure compliance with applicable regulations.
- Relevant education in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; professional HR certifications are an advantage.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
- Comfort working in a hybrid environment, collaborating with diverse teams across locations and time zones.

Role Description
- This is a part time hybrid role for an HR Administrator, based in Abu Dhabi with some flexibility for work from home.
- The HR Administrator supports day to day human resources operations, including maintaining employee records, updating HRIS data, and assisting with onboarding and offboarding processes.
