- Comfort working in a hybrid setup with reliable internet access and basic proficiency in office software
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Educational background in hospitality, business, communications, or related field preferred but not mandatory

Role Description
- The Guest Relations Officer is a part time, hybrid role based in Dubai, with a mix of on site presence at event related locations and some work from home flexibility.
- This role involves welcoming visitors, exhibitors, and partners, providing clear information about event schedules, venues, and services, and ensuring a positive and professional experience.
- Day to day tasks include managing reception duties, coordinating check ins, responding to inquiries via phone, email, or in person, and guiding guests to relevant contacts or areas.
- The Guest Relations Officer also supports the event team with guest feedback collection, basic administrative tasks, and resolving minor issues to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Collaboration with operations, marketing, and sales teams is expected to ensure consistent and courteous communication with all stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Strong Guest Relations and Customer Service skills to manage diverse visitor interactions and maintain a welcoming environment.
- Ability to focus on Customer Satisfaction, handling inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Effective Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication in English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Experience with Receptionist Duties, such as greeting guests, managing front desk operations, and coordinating appointments or registrations.
- Previous experience in events, hospitality, or customer facing roles is beneficial.
- Comfort working in a hybrid setup, with reliable internet access and basic proficiency in office software and communication tools.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to stay calm and courteous in busy environments.
