Requirements

• Experience or capability in analyzing and optimizing inbound, inventory, and outbound warehouse processes.
• Ability to formulate inventory management strategies and monitor turnover, accuracy, and inventory health indicators.
• Ability to manage warehouse teams, develop training plans, and implement standardized operating processes.
• Ability to analyze warehouse performance data covering timeliness, cost, and quality.
• Ability to coordinate with logistics, sales, and upstream and downstream supply-chain stakeholders.
• Ability to develop warehouse solutions suited to industry characteristics such as cold chain or bulky goods.
• Interest in introducing new warehouse technologies and management models.
